What are the three principal segments of the Windows Azure platform

1. Azure Compute

This segment handles the execution of applications and services in the cloud.

Web Role: Hosts web applications using IIS (Internet Information Services).
Worker Role: Performs background processing tasks independent of user interaction.
VM Role: Allows users to run custom Windows Server applications in virtual machines.

2. Azure Storage
