What are the Tools required for Creating SSIS package?

No visual studio is not required .

Do we need Visual Studio for SSIS package? Which version of VS would be better for SQL 2014?

While installation of Sql server 2014 SP1,have you selected integration services if not then please run the set up again and in installation type check Add features to existing instance of Sql server 2014 and in next  select Integration service.

 

In case integration services is already installed then go to start>>All Programs>>Microsoft Sql server 2014>>Sql server Data tools (this is the tool where you can create your own SSIS package.)

Now i am going to create SSIS package on SQL server 2014 - Service Pack 1.

Which version of Sql server 2012 you are using. Except express edition, Integration service are shipped with all version of Sql server .
