Be strong in which technology you are working now. Secondly, improve yourself day by day both technically and professionally means contionous improvement.

Make a target that you get a good job. Stick on your goals.

Keep attending interviews and try to learn the question which yu were unable to answered in interviews. Keep practicing programs and learn frequently asked interview questions as well
