What can the SharePoint system do to organize emails ?

I have receives many emails that contain license keys that belong to our customers.

We keep these license keys for the future reference or for reference for our staff during installation on the customer premise.

So i have some key characterise that comes with these licenses.

Ex like A,B,C ..

The staff needs to be able to organize these email and capability to search content .

Please provide me with some written ideas.
