What I have to mention in SharePoint performance report?

Hi guys,
Hope everyone is doing well.

We have public facing website developed on sharepoint 2013.

Higher management is asking me to send them sharepoint performance report by mentioning how the site is working and what are the problems we have in our server or services,etc. and how to increase it's performance like decrease the loading time,etc.

Being a new to sharepoint I dont have exact idea what to mention and what not to, I request you all to suggest me some valid points that I have to check and mention in the report.

We have 32GB Ram.

Windows server 2008 R2

64bit operating system

and also

6 different servers which has same ram and operating systems as mentioned above.
2 front end servers, 2 database servers 1 production server 1 development server.

Please let me know if you need more clarifications.

There is no confirm answer for it, but i will tell you what one should monitor atleast
configure the Perfmon counter on the SharePoint server which will monitor the loads i.e ram usage, cpu usage, request per sec etc . check this https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ff758658.aspx?f=255&MSPPError=-2147217396
from central admin > view problems and solutions from Health Analyzer
Check the ULs logs, Event Log and IIS logs. Check for potential errors https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ff607958.aspx

But unfortunately non is useful among them, I dont have to configure reports in sharepoint, I just have to create a report in excel or word document by mentioning how our sharepoint site is working, do we need any improvements related to Hardware or software,etc.
