Hi @Namrata

ChatBot in Terms of Computer Science is "Computer Program"

I have seen ChatBot at so many websites , it is simple Communication Agent

There are so many category for that like :

Chatbot
whetherbot
etc ...

Note : Nowadays chatbot is replaced with "humanoid robot" and Synthetic robot which is much batter and act same as we want
