What is most important for developer

Neither work and niether pay, as per my opinion, self satisfaction in our work is important to stay happy. If you are doing the work that makes you satisfied you will automatically  be happy by your work. And this will increase your quality of work and quality will lead you good payscale.

 

So self satisfaction for own job is more important.
