What is the code that I can open the CD driver by?

Actually... I want when I press a button the cd driver open and then when I press another one the driver close. and I dont have delphy.NET.. there is no library in the .NET itself help me doing that? thanks

What do you want to do with the CD driver? The drivers are there to provide the operating system with access to hardware. What you usually do is talk to the operating system to get access to that hardware. How you do that depends on what you want to do with the CDROM drive. The MCI interface provides most of the functionality of the CDROM drive for playing cds, opening and closing trays or other functions. See MCISendString() and it's SEE ALSO references in the Win32 API documentation. I use the Borland VCL assemblies to do this very easily, but you'll probably have to use PInvoke if you don't have Delphi.NET. I don't believe that the MCI interface has been converted to .NET in the SDK 1.1.
