I am new to Windows CE .NET. I need the answers of following queries: 1. What is windows CE .NET 2. What is Platform Builder? 3. What is an emulator? any example? 3. How can we start developing an application for Windows CE .NET using Visual Studio .NET? What type of project option should be selected to start the application?
