What needed for 4+ yrs of Experience

Question

Hi All,

I'm working in a small concern as an IT consultant.
I have 4+ yrs of experience in software field.

My question is

As a small concern we are not following any formal development procedure like big companies doing.

I want to know what are all the things i should know as developer who has 4+ yrs of experience.

If some one give information regarding this, it will be very helpful to me.
