What should be my future as .Net Developer?
Hello, I am currently working as a Jr.software developer as a 11k CTC so i would like to know that what should be my position in next 5years with salary.

like if you set you goal as to become project manager than you need to set goal and have know the things related to management like time managment, on time deliver , how to force people to complete work , how to motivate team member etc.
If you want to be developer of the team or technical lead than you need to set goal according to it , like understanding of framework, learning patterns and advance oop etc.
So for the next 5 years you have to set goal according to role you want to be in. its all on you....
