what should i do for get job in asp.net..plzz advice me

Most of the time that I'm aware of the problem is either lack of experience or bad performances on some interview testing.

Regarding the first, this requires practicing with some personal projects, try to build some interesting web application. If you can host it somewhere that would be great, you would put a link to it in your resume.

If you don't want to host it you can just publish your code on some public repository, like GitHub, and then link that in your resume instead.

Regarding the second, well as Jean mentioned some interview books could help you to prepare better for this.

But also you could practice your problem solving skills by trying out some programming tests over on TestDome. They have a nice collection of coding tests which can be expected on interviews.

For example for a job as ASP.NET developer you could try solving html, css and javascript coding tests to cover the front end requirements and try solving c# coding tests for a back end requirements.

I agree to all other advices by experts..  I support knowledge + learning tricky Interview Questions book as well.

To crack the .NET Interview is the first step to get into the .NET Job Market.

First of all, clear all your OOPs concepts;  C++ Programming concepts; and Data Structures Concepts.

Then, keep on revising all .NET Fundamentals and Objective Questions on .NET Platform.

Apply for a job only when you are confident; and not over-confident.

Frustration will not lead you anywhere. Try and concentrate on your work and keep on learning.

It is a matter of time and luck. You will soon get a job that you really deserve.

1) Prepare a good Resume and read your resume yourself.

2) Go through the basics. They are very important and if you have a good understanding on basics, you can easily link them for advance level understandings. I think paper and pencil will you to conceptualize/visualize the topics.

3) Internet surfing will not help you but put you on time wasting track. There are million-billion websites and you would be in your time wasting process in searching for better content. So, stick to very few website for initial level concept. Once you are aware about concepts then you can search for good and deep understanding articles.

4) Better to have a hard copy or an Interview questions book. It will help you much more.

Interview is a place where you are marketing yourself. It is the one specific moment when your prospective buyer of your service is getting to meet you and check whether you are suitable for them or not. If you fail in an interview that does not mean you are no good or even not capable of cracking another. 

If you are looking for job in ASP.NET, the best thing to do, is to read everything you find about it. Internet and also C# corner can help you with lot of things regarding them. ASP.NET is very popular topic and most of the companies are working on them. So you will have enough opportunity to get another chance if you fail in one. Also I would suggest to not only read things, as most of the employer look for your quality to solve problems. Try to practically look into some problems which can be solved using Asp.NEt. For instance, say you are building an e-commerce site which needs some external payment gateway integration or say you are building a site which needs distributed deployment etc. These are the most common problems people ask in an ASP.NET interviews. 

Another important thing specific to ASP.NET is its life cyecle. You need to master the lifecycle, event cycle... Caching, Session, cookies, Viewstate, and also asp.net server controls etc. When you are master of the relative differences and also practically know how to work on these, your chances of getting a job is very likely.  

There is nothing to get fustrated. Often when people dont get an interview cracked, they get fustrated. It is quite natural. But remember, interview does not judge you. It is you who can judge yourself. Try to rectify your faults and know things you are not good at. Create knowledge which can boost your confidence. If you are confident and know right things for any technology, no interviewer can reject you.
