What should I learn for front-end development with asp.net mvc 5?

What should I learn for front-end development with asp.net mvc 5? Angular.JS or Angular or React.JS?

I am so confused.

Currently I am using JQuery for it.

The most in-demand front-end frameworks/libraries are - Angular, React, and Blazor/ASP.NET Core. If you want to stay in .NET world, stick with ASP.NET Core and Blazor. ASP.NET Core is the next version of ASP.NET MVC 5.
