what to do

i am Ty BSC IT student. I am very confused about doing a job after my graduation or go for masters? MCA or MSC IT? Its the time when i should strat prepration for entrance but i am confused for which entrance should i prepare? some people advice me to do short term courses of vmware or programming languages . Some advice me for other job oriented courses...I am confused. Plz help me out of this situation
