what to do for faster execution in vb.net

hi thank you so much can u  tell me the predifined guide lines one has to see the code. as i am telling abt the whole project i cant send a small code ...when i try to execute my vb.net windows application,using devexpress tool when i click any master or transaction form...first it took lots of time to load....then second time it comes fast.....what to do
