What is your first need? Do you feel like doing more studies? It all depends on you. 

Personally, I prefer experience over degree. By the time you will do M. Tech, you will have 3 years of experience. These days new trend is doing thing faster, quicker. TCS is a good company. And once you've 4-5 years experience, degree does play major role.
