What's Happening OOB Issue in SharePoint 2013 Community Site

Greetings,

There is mismatch of actual Community members count with the "Members" count displayed in What's Happening OOB in Community site.

It is found that when a member leaves from a community, "Members" count didn't get decremented. But when a member joins a community, "Members" count get incremented. Any Solution??
