Hello Ramanath,

print just shows the human user a string representing what is going on inside the computer. The computer cannot make use of that printing. return is how a function gives back a value. All functions will return a value, and if there is no return statement , it will return None

Hi @ramanath,

Print function displays message on the console or get the input from the console.

Return keywork in the function returns actual vaule based on the data type when the function is called.

Print is function which we call to display value. This function will immediately make your program write out text for you to see.

Return will stop further execution, exit from current function and sending a value out to where the function was called. Use return when you want to send a value from one point in your code to another.
