What's wrong with this code ?

When I run the project, it shows the following error.

i think you should try this

And you must check all other parameters for null value. If it null you must pass DBNull.Valuevalue.
SqlParameter unitsParam = command.Parameters.AddWithValue("@units", units);
if (units == null)
{
unitsParam.Value = DBNull.Value;
}

The error was solved by using this code as Brajesh Kumar recommended me.

// cmd.Parameters.AddWithValue("@Code", Code);
SqlParameter codeParam = cmd.Parameters.AddWithValue("@Code", Code);
if (Code == null)
{
codeParam.Value = DBNull.Value;
}
SqlDataReader rd = cmd.ExecuteReader();

before passing parameter you can check like this
if(Code==null)
Code=""
cmd.Parmeters.AddWithValue("@Code",Code);

here your passing null parameter check adding break point in parameter Code what value are you passing

The value of Code is null in parameter and in database it seems it must have value.

Pass appropriate value in code and your problem will resolve.
