Where can i get good BG images for my web application? any free website like shutter stock etc....

is there any free tool like photoshop where i can create good Images for UI (Background images etc

The only best tool as per your requirement, I can suggest you is Photoshop.

Hello, You can't get such image directly from any site, You have to create you own image as per your need.But for your reference you can find images from here
