Where can <Parallel Programming with Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 Step by Step> and <Microsoft ASP.net Internals> be downloaded?

'Parallel Programming with Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 Step by Step' looks like it's just been published and can be downloaded from Amazon(http://www.amazon.com/Parallel-Programming-Microsoft-Visual-Studio/dp/0735640602) if you have a Kindle. However, curiously, the paperback edition is only about half the price!

However, 'Microsoft® ASP.NET Internals' isn't currently available from Amazon (http://www.amazon.com/Microsoft-ASP-NET-Internals/dp/0735626413) or (apparently) anywhere else even though it's supposed to have been published last January.
