Where to start to learn Sharepoinrt

I am working as oracle programmer. We also have oracle applications. And we already have sharepoint in our company using for intranet & file share.

Yesterday my manager came to me asking for few reports (Top management) to access from share point. He want to make share point as central system for management.

I never worked with sharepoirnt other than accessing as intranet in our company.

Dear Experts, Can i have basic learning - proper one to learn share point - from basic level to progress . What are the minimum required knowledge to learn sharepoint.

Hi,

.Net framework knowledge is enough for learning SharePoint. I'll suggest start learning SharePoint 2013. Take a good book and start doing practicals. In SharePoint hands on experience is very important. You can directly start doing small small assignments.

I'll suggest following book which one of the SharePoint 2013 best book and written by renowned authors:
Inside SharePoint 2013.

After reading this book you can start with certification.

Also please let me know if you have anytime any issue in SharePoint.
