Whether Angular JS can be used in Asp.net?

  Angular is a client side framework . In asp.net page we can use angular code to make it lightweight, loosely coupled , and more useful when we are the need of single page application. Now asp.net controls code behind files are going to be retired soon . Yes of course there is a learning in angular js is needed .

  Hi,

  Frankly speaking i have used Asp.net with Angular JS but with telerik.

  I think you can not because it wont support binding, that's why those control begin used for.
