I have a plan to develop an IoT platform for controlling home appliances, agriculture equipments and small machines through the internet.

So which programming language, developing frameworks , database and hosting is better? to develop IoT platform.

I think hostwinds may be the best to host IoT platform website.

You can use phpBB frameworks. The programming language is php . The database is mysql.
