which is better mcpd or mcse........?? pls anyone tell

Somehow I am not finding MCPD at the Microsoft site below:

MCSE is a db path. There is no better or worse, it all depends on your liking and the path you want to follow.

Any path you follow, there will be challenges and rewards. No other person will be able to make any judgement about your personal situation, I think.

Or may be you can be more specific. Better in what way, job security, remuneration, on-site opportunities, etc.?
