Silverlight for Web Application Development.
We can use WCF with both.
At the same time try look into Windows Phone 7.1 - Mango.
If we knows XAML then its easy to learn above three..
So start learning XAML.

I am glad to hear that you are highly interested in learning the new technologies. My advice is learn it yourself than investing in some study centres. There are lot of material on the net to help you with that.
For silverlight you can try http://www.silverlight.net/. I learnt from this site.
For WCF there are lot of articles across csharpcorner. You can check out http://www.c-sharpcorner.com/Articles/ArticleListing.aspx?SectionID=1&SubSectionID=192
I, hope this helps.
