Which .NET topics should I know?
I n a whole .Net is ocean. I am confused at fresher level (as developer/programmer) which topics should I know.

I believe you must get your answer after reading the above mentioned articles. Technology selection is depend upon your interest & passion. If you feel more comfortable in windows based development rather web, you can do much better in that. Now, mobile development is in novice stage and have a very bright career ahead. If you have interest and found good yourself at understanding scripting languages, it is good for you.
Finally, I would like to suggest you to keep learning continue with practices. You can also have look into your technology related forums. Don't waste your time on social media, searching better resources on internet, surfing many new websites. Pick 2-3 good learning resource providing websites and stick to them for your understanding level. Later you can pay your time with other resources.

At fresher level,
You should have the knowledge of following.
OOP
C# or VB.Net console & Window Application
Asp.Net
and webservice
ADO.Net
the knowledge of following added more adwantage..
WPF
WCF
Silverlight
