It completely depends on what you want to do or what work you do now. If you are looking for IT field then I would suggest M Sc IT. Since it is only two years course. MCA is 3 year course, its one year long and IT is fast changing field.

I guess yes, you can do the MTECH after MscIT. I can understand your concern but in IT reputed / high salaried job completely depends on experience and technical skills and this is one of the reason I have suggested MscIT.
So as much as experience you can have more salary.

BUT IS THIS POSSIBLE TO HAVE M TECH AFTER M SC IT? AND WHAT ABOUT MBA IN IT??
I WANT A BROAD SCOPE SO THAT I CAN GET A MUCH SALARIED AND A REPUTED POSITION JOB.
