when you press the mobile picture, you will be having the id of that mobile. Design a generic page it will have the control as per your requirement.
When press on the mobile picture you need to redirect to the mobile specification page where you need to get the id of the mobile and pull the data from the database for that mobile and fill the value to the control...
I suggest you to try this steps... rather than asking entire code.. It will improve your web development skills.
