while creating the Database connection.......

Hi,
Im new to Sharepoint server technology. When i tried to create a database connection in sharepoint designer with both the databases Sql server and oracle, i faced this error. Please help me to get out of this problem.
Note: all the parameter for oracle and sql server are correct that I have given at Connect to a database by using a custom connection string.
