While Running the application on the server through VS 2013

When i am trying to run the application through VS-2013 it is giving error.

This VS is installed on the server.

"Unable to connect to the configured development web server. "

Have installed all the features of IIS.

It resolved my problem.

The Restart did not worked, while updating the page it is showing READ ONLY.

Restart the machine and then open visual studio and try debugging. It will work fine.
