Hey everyone!
One of my close friends created an application chain on Arbitrum Orbit lately, and wow, it's pretty exciting! The idea of spinning up your own dedicated chain specifically for your project is a game-changer, right? There are no more shared gas fees or network congestion when your dApp gets busy. It totally makes sense for a dApp with its own token or high transaction volume.
But, there is one thing that seems bothersome to me. Building an application chain from scratch seems like a massive lift. I know there are Rollup as a Service providers out there aiming to simplify this process.
Who are you all seeing as the best Rollup as a Service providers right now for getting an Orbit chain up and running? Any recommendations based on ease of building an Appchain, cost, or support? Would love to hear your thoughts!

For deploying an Arbitrum Orbit appchain, the most mature Rollup-as-a-Service options right now are providers like Caldera, Conduit, and AltLayer, as they have dedicated tooling for Orbit and strong operational support. If you’re approaching this from a .NET/ASP.NET Core or Azure DevOps workflow, look for a provider with a well-documented API, CI/CD hooks, and containerized node/sequencer deployments that can run in Azure Kubernetes Service or Azure Container Apps. Conduit, for example, offers Orbit templates and automated sequencer setup, while Caldera provides more customization for governance and bridging. The right choice depends on whether you value rapid, low-code deployment with managed infrastructure or deeper control over consensus and chain parameters.
