If you want to make your career in IT Field

Than M.C.A would be batter

Because MCA will be always included in Primary requirement for an Software engineer or any related field

So go for it

I think its better to go with M.Sc(CS) , Because from last year the syllabus is been upgraded and it providing specializations in Cloud computing,Cyber security,Big data and Machine intelligence.

M.Sc(CS) or M.Sc(IT) no need to Be B.Sc(IT) or BSc(CS).

if u complete BCA Then Doing MCA,M.SC(IT) ,M.SC(CS).

If want to do BCA, good idea but this is the way only for MCA.

For M.Sc IT or CS, I think B.Sc. IT is necessary.
