I won 38$ on the previous month. Why didn't I get the reward in my PayPal account?

Even i didn't get my money for the month of october. As mentioned by Mahesh sir may i know the e-mail to which i have to send Payment request from my paypal account....

We have set a day (10th of the following month) for the rewards. To get this on time, please go to your PayPal account each month and Request Money to the email I have provided. This will ensure you get $$$ on time. We have been very busy and do not have time to contact everybody. Please make sure you do this.
