when i refresh page on Ie by ctrl+f5
why click event of save button get fired
how can i hendle this because it inserts records in database ?
i have checked code on ".cs" file
not fired event forcefully

Did you use the save code on Pageload(). please check those things.. it might be cause the issue that you mentioned.
