Why SQL Server Management Studio not supporting doc format? As Visual Studio is supporting with Ctrl + E , Ctrl + D keys to format the entire document.?

This functionality is not currently supported by SSMS natively. However, there are some third party plug-ins and tools are available for this purpose. You can refer the below stack overflow discussion for the punch of tools:
