why tab container is not working with script manager?

Dear all,

iam facing a small prob when using tab container in asp.net

if iam using

it will works fine but i use

then the tab container was not displying

don't give me sujjession like use

if iam using
in master page my child pages having gridview inisde update panel so paging is not working

if i remove
with paging works perfect but tab container is not displying

if iam using then tab container works perfectly but gridview paging not working

my all gridview's are inside update panel...

give some sujjessions..

if possible give solutions

becoz my script manager in master page

and my tab container in content page so give me brifly..
