Why Use Local hosting in HTML5 .

I never used it...but what I know it's useful for static websites where content is static. 

By dynamic content I mean where you've lot of logic, processed at backend or frontend with db. But in HTML5 static site its simple , which changes at less frequency.

ex- consider Menu of restaurant you want to put online, so it'll change after a while and not frequently.
