XSLT is specifically designed for transforming XML documents into other formats, such as HTML or XML. It's particularly useful when you need to transform structured data from one format to another. jQuery with CSS, on the other hand, is primarily used for manipulating the structure and appearance of HTML documents dynamically within the browser.
