There is no best or worst answer to this question.
Answer varies from individual to individual. But there are some points for consideration-
1) Be honest.
2) Don't show negativity from your answer.

Most common answers:
1) Salary expectation
2) Job satisfaction
3) Issues with boss(manager) ->shows negativity
4) On Bench
5) Company asking me for Night shift
6) Learning

Hi,

I think most suitable answer is "you want to work in a latest technology with large based organisation".Before telling this answer you want to know about your role otherwise they are using old technology this answer is not suitable.In my point of view Salary expectation is not a good answer because if you get a good salary for other company then again you will repeat this!!.

"I am looking for a more challenging career in a firm with a larger employee base such as yours."

I think best answer is to be honest, but do not complain about current company/managers/colleagues...For most people it is salary, I wouldn't say it out loud, but I would say things like I believe I can handle more responsibility or different kind of duties..
