WIA, scan without dialog

Hi,

I am developing an application which should scan some documents and save them into PDF file.

I have a problem at the very beginning.

When I try scan (using WIA library) there are many dialogs I can use. One of them allows me to select a device i want to use.

I would like the user to select this device just once, save the information and the next time the user want to scan a document use this saved device.

The problem is I cannot serialize the wia device (COM object) and I am little bit stuck here..

Do you have any ideas please?
