Window Phone Apps - Where to Begin
I am looking to to start developing window phone apps. Where to begin? Can someone lead me in the right direction? Provide helpful tutorial links to developing window apps.

first understand which template is suitable for your app
hub template, pivot template, blank template.

If use xaml, I not able to use the app multiple platforms like android and IOS.
The only way to do crossplatform uf using the the light weight html5 using javascrip and jquery
Also if I use xaml, what template to start from
As far as the hub template, pivot template, blank template. I know for sure I want to customize my own application bar as far as the look and feel.

What all I need to download as far as third party tools like knockout.js etc... to start developing apps. Also is there another source window phone app tutorials?
Do you recommend me using straight HTML5 or XAML?
