Hi,
Can any one let me know how to get the user information from the windows Active Directory.I am totally new to this concept..and dont know anything about the LDAP service..how to set the path for this etc..plzz help me.
My pc is installed with windowsXP.

James ..thanks for the reply.but I have gone through all the articles related to Active Directory.Ihe main problem with me is I am new to this concept...and can you please tell me what should be the domain name for a localsystem and a remote system.
DirectoryEntry entry = new DirectoryEntry("LDAP://DomainName");
