Perhaps the nearest you can get to the concept of master pages in Windows Forms is to create a 'master' form containing some common controls, virtual event handlers and using common fonts/colors etc.

You can then create your actual forms by inheriting from the master form, overriding the eventhandlers where necessary and adding any controls/eventhandlers which are specific to the actual forms.
