Windows Form Appliton installation in Server or in Intranet

Hello everyone.,

        This is Nagarajaswamy. Graduated in the year 2009 BE (CSE) and MTech (CSE). right now I am working as a Asst. Professor in an Engineering college.., 

         I am here because, I am working on C# application development from last one and half year. I have gained some good knowledge in C#. Now I want to develop a window form application to my organization, and i want that application should be accessed from any client system within my college campus (specially in labs or in classrooms).

        Now i want to know that, is it possible to make the window form application available or accessed from client machines. or can we install this application in a centralized system like Server.
        If it is possible, what are all the priliminary steps i have to follow before the application development..

        please guide me.. Thanks in advance.
