Windows Form .config file

Dan Miller

I am trying to use a config file to hold the connection string of the application I am building. But, everytime I compile the stupid thing disappears.

I am placing the file .exe.config in the bin/debug folder.

Where am I going wrong

Try to add the file in the current project in Visual Studio, and set "local copy" attribute to true. I think that would copy the config file to the bin folder automatically.

(I haven't got vs installed on this machine, so i cant test this, but try it).
