Windows Home basic not showing Inetmgr Using run

Go to Windows button.
Click Control Panel.
Click programs and features
Click Windows feature on or off.
Check Internet Information Service and Internet information Service hostable Web Core.
Click OK button and wait.

After doing above mentioned methods , the inetmgr not showing properly.

Help me , how to get Inetmgr in Windows Home basic ?

Mr. ahmed it is not working after restart also

If u can do , can u post with screenshot For windows home basic with specified steps?
