Windows Mobile Forms and Grid Coordinates

Before I delve in to the murky depths of development (in which I will probably fail miserably), I would like to ask whether anyone knows of an application(s) for Windows Mobile 6.5 where I can create forms that embed British Grid Coordinates (using built in GPS).   Basically I want to be able to wander out and record items and associated components based on where they are found geographically.  Any ideas?
