Windows Services Run at Every Day 12.00 a.m Only.

Follow the steps: 

Create a console Application and read the configurable values from the app.config file

Create a scheduler job in the windows environment using Task scheduler

Now set the Time of execution

Task scheduler will trigger your console application on periodic time and that console application will read the configurable value from app.config.

 

Note: When you deploy the .exe file also copy theap.config file in same folder.
