Winners of month vs Leaders of a month

Hai, What's the differences between Winners of month and Leaders of a month in c-sharpcorner ?

Hi,In forum answer section "Monthly Leaders" mean. Every month few authors are answering forum questions. If respective person of that question accept the answer then the author get 25 points. Who have more points in a month or whom solutions accepted more in that month. Then that top 10 members will enter into the monthly leaders list in a particular month. For example I am answering your questions if u ok with this answer then please accept it.

Hi, First time I am hearing Leaders of the month. I think you are talking about Members of the Month and Winners of the month Award in C# Corner. Members Of The Month : Member of the month is awarded to one person based on the contributions each month Winners of the Month : These prizes are given to C# Corner community leaders who spend their precious time contributing articles, forums, blogs, and other resources. Winners are decided by C# Corner judges based on their contributions to the community. In c-sharpcorner if you go to "monthly leaders"(answers > monthly leaders) and filter 2016 November. In the list you can find the name "Salman". But in our home page under "breaking news" notification of "The Month of November 2016 Winners Announced" we won't find "Salman". What's the reason ?
